This is one of the first places UEL was ever interested in. I found these old pics (circa '03) and figured I might as well put them up.

We tried unsuccessfully to gain entry a few times back in 2002, and then gave up on it. Around late 2003, if I remember right, some asshole set fire to it and the whole place burned, leaving only the walls in place. It's basically just a small old warehouse right on the riverbank, and for some reason the entire bottom floor has always been packed full of dirt, even before the fire.
