!UPDATED!
First of all, this place was surrounded on all sides by a wall, or fence. Around the fencing on one side were a couple other, smaller, abandoned structures and a gutted-out truck up almost to the wheel wells in crushed concrete and other debris. We were able to gain access by climbing over a fence onto a large pile of rubble. The entire are of the yard around of the building was covered in huge pieces of rubble, mostly pipes of all shapes and sizes, steam pipe looking ones to massive ones. After taking the approximately 5-10 minute hike over the mountain of rubble, we come to an open courtyard, which has easy access into the building.
Once inside, there were mainly a large amount of doors and other junk, including a very large quantity of boots, the first pair we saw we were worried it might be homeless person boots, however after finding about 10 more pairs, we realized someone had just dumped boots in random places all over the building. We also found an old Duracell battery display stand (which seemed quite out of place). In the middle of the building there was a hole in the ceiling (which was about 10 ft up) onto the next level. In order to gain access to that level, we had to climb a very old looking wooden ladder, we determined it was safe enough, and so we went up, up on the top there were two huge piles of rope and some other random junk.
After climbing back down the dangerous ladder we went out a different way, we checked all the small hut-type buildings (likely offices of a larger complex, however a fire destroyed most of the place). We found two large pieces of equipment, one was a red thing that I can't imagine what it did, and the other was a bright green conveyer belt.
Supposedly this place used to be a rock climbing gym, but we couldn't find anything to support that… although the place was quite wrecked.
