The Raccoon House was at one point a nice place, with 2 levels and an attached garage on the very outskirts of city. When we got there it was entirely trashed inside.

The basement had a large freezer and some other random junk, but was also flooded with several inches of stagnant water so we left it alone. Upstairs was the remains of a kitchen with a few coffee mugs and such lying around, as well as a jar of pasta sauce. All of the rooms on this level were barren of any artifacts except a chinese checkers board and the remains of a christmas tree in the living room.

Upstairs was a bathroom with a smashed toilet, a bedroom with a digusting mattress and some dresser drawers, and finally another small room in which we encountered the animal after which we named the house. I wanted to take a picture of it, but Citizen-X scared the thing away.
