After receiving a couple emails about this place, we decided to check it out. From what I've uncovered, it's an old mansion called Locust Mount, which apparently caught fire fairly recently.
This trip was unsuccessful though, when we arrived it was sealed tightly and securely at all possible entrances, unless we wanted to try and squeeze through a 5x3" gap between the boarding. So we just wandered around, took some shots, and left.
We now know the history of this place: It belonged to Elijah Leonard, who was mayor of London in the 1860s and also a wealthy industrialist. Apparently, Leonard was also a Canadian senator until his death in the 1890s.
Thanks to Meg Brenner for the info.
