Not much to say here, since we haven't yet explored the place. Based on some new info (thanks Toogy!) we know that this was not in fact the Asylum's Administration Centre, but instead the Medical Exam Building. It's also one of the only original Asylum buildings still standing.

Built in 1902, it has skylight windows on it's top floor which allowed the Operating Room to use natural light. Toronto neurosurgeon Dr. Kenneth McKenzie performed lobotamies in this building during the 1950s.
