This is another of the buildings comprising "The Wing" facility. After seeing a dumpster outside of the Waterloo Pavilion building, we decided to check it out before its possibly impending destruction. We arrive to find no signs of any dumpster, but however we do find a few changed things, such as some lights on that were not before. Wandering around several of the The Wing's buildings, we found them all to be sealed up tight, until King Pie saw an entrance at one of the smaller buildings (Elgin Pavilion).

We had a clear entrance, and inside we went. Inside the building is a small entrance room, with a room off to the left and a hallway off to the right. The room on the left had a table in the middle with some bottles and a yellowpages on it, also there was a chimney on the right. Down the hallway were several similar rooms, as well as a bathroom and some stairs to the basement.

The basement was a rather eerie place with many "coffin-like" objects stacked in a corner. There were many largish rooms down there, including a Carpenters Shop, and some fuse boxes still humming with electricity. No objects of particular interest, this place was pretty well cleared out except for a few pieces of paper here and there.
