We found this place as kind of a fluke, I turned down the street thinking it was a through street however it was a dead end, at the end of the dead end was this building. This was a good sign since we had been driving around Kitchener/Waterloo for approximately an hour, and although we had found buildings, all of them had been inaccessible.

The office was all carpeted, with shades and nice windows, and a few cubicals, it would have been a decent place to work. However now the place had been totally trashed with cords handing from the ceiling, shattered light bulbs and smashed windows.

There were a few sections in the office, most of them pretty similar there were 2 sets of stairs, we went up there were 2 doors at the top of the stairs one on the right lead into the upper part of the office, the one on the left from looking through the rectangular window appeared to lead to a 15 ft drop, we didn't open that door, however thinking back on it, had we have gone through that door, the 2-3ft snow in the courtyard would probably have prevented any injuries.

The top floor was much like the bottom floor, however in one section the courtyard side wall had been demolished. After that we left the office, there really isn't much more there to describe. We waded over to the other side of the compound and checked out the warehouse section.

There was a lot of cool machinery and other stuff hanging around, however the warehouse was strangely open with at least 1 wall torn down in each section at least, so the entire insides of the building was open. Inside the building were piles and piles of dirt, probably contaminated. There was also a wire noose hanging from the ceiling in one section.... check out the last picture in the gallery
