I drive by this place almost every day. In my lifetime I have seen this building as a used car dealership and more recently a mechanic shop, however the structure is much older and I am unsure of the original usage.

Behind the building is small piles of trash and an abandoned car with smashed in windows and license plates still on.

The building is on a hill and so it is much larger on the inside than it appears from the road. The inside is primarily open with a couple small offices at the back and a paint booth at the far end. Besides that it is basically empty.

Graffiti on the back and inside the building mark the building as the base of the "519 crew" although I suspect these are merely teenagers.
